Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and spray a medium baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder.
Now add the coconut cream and mix with a spoon. The dough should be sticky.
Scoop dough out in 1/4 cup measuring cup and roll into a ball.
Place on baking sheet and press down to flatten into a biscuit shape to about 1 inch thickness.
Bake for 10-13 minutes. Time varies depending on oven.
