Easy Biscuits (Gluten and Dairy Free)
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Gluten Free Flour Blend See Notes
- 2 TSP Salt
- 1 TBSP Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 Cup Coconut Cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and spray a medium baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Now add the coconut cream and mix with a spoon. The dough should be sticky.
- Scoop dough out in 1/4 cup measuring cup and roll into a ball.
- Place on baking sheet and press down to flatten into a biscuit shape to about 1 inch thickness.
- Bake for 10-13 minutes. Time varies depending on oven.
Notes
- I use Mama's Almond Blend Flour for this recipe. You may need to adjust the recipe according to the flour you are using.
