Super Brownie Delight (Gluten-Free Option)
Ingredients
For the Brownies:
- 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour If using gluten-free, add 1 TSP xanthan gum.
- 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 1/2 TSP Baking Powder
- 1/4 TSP Salt
- 12 TBSP Butter Melted
- 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs Large
For Topping:
- 2 Cups Thawed Cool Whip
- 7 Oreos Crushed, Can use gluten free Oreos
- Sprinkles Optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8 x 8 baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together sugar, eggs, and melted butter.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, xanthan gum (if using gluten-free flour), cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients and mix together with a spoon, just until combined.
- Pour into the 8 x 8 pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Allow to completely cool.
- Once brownies are cooled, spread Cool Whip over the top. Top with crushed Oreos and sprinkle. Store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
