Peach Cobbler (Gluten Free)
Ingredients
- 5 Peaches Peeled, Cored, Sliced
- 3/4 Cups Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 TSP + Dash of Salt
- 6 TBSP Butter Melted
- 3/4 Cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 Cup All Purpose Gluten-Free Flour
- 2 TSP Baking Powder
- 1/4 TSP Salt
- 3/4 Cups Milk Or Oat Milk
- 1 Dash Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add peaches, 3/4 cup sugar, and a dash of salt to a saucepan and stir.
- Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes while sugar dissolves. Once peaches soften, remove from heat and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and 1/4 TSP salt.
- Add in milk, but don't over mix. Stir until well combined.
- Pour melted butter into the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
- Pour the batter mixture over the melted butter and use a spatula to smooth it into an even layer.
- Spoon peach mixture over the batter by dropping it in spoonfuls.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Enjoy!
