Peach Cobbler (Gluten Free)

Ingredients

  • 5 Peaches Peeled, Cored, Sliced
  • 3/4 Cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 TSP + Dash of Salt
  • 6 TBSP Butter Melted
  • 3/4 Cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Cup All Purpose Gluten-Free Flour
  • 2 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1/4 TSP Salt
  • 3/4 Cups Milk Or Oat Milk
  • 1 Dash Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Add peaches, 3/4 cup sugar, and a dash of salt to a saucepan and stir.
  • Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes while sugar dissolves. Once peaches soften, remove from heat and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix together flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and 1/4 TSP salt.
  • Add in milk, but don't over mix. Stir until well combined.
  • Pour melted butter into the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
  • Pour the batter mixture over the melted butter and use a spatula to smooth it into an even layer.
  • Spoon peach mixture over the batter by dropping it in spoonfuls.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Enjoy!
