Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 4 TBSP Flour or Arrowroot Powder
  • 1 1/2 TBSP Paprika
  • 1 1/2 TBSP Chili Powder
  • 2 TSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 1/2 TSP Cinnamon
  • 3 TBSP Tomato Paste
  • 2 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth or Vegetable Broth

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Mix flour and seasonings into the oil.
  • Now add tomato paste and slowly add the broth, a little at a time, while constantly whisking the mixture. Simmer until desired thickness. Enjoy!
