Enchilada Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 TBSP Olive Oil
- 4 TBSP Flour or Arrowroot Powder
- 1 1/2 TBSP Paprika
- 1 1/2 TBSP Chili Powder
- 2 TSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1/2 TSP Cinnamon
- 3 TBSP Tomato Paste
- 2 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth or Vegetable Broth
Instructions
- Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Mix flour and seasonings into the oil.
- Now add tomato paste and slowly add the broth, a little at a time, while constantly whisking the mixture. Simmer until desired thickness. Enjoy!
