Easy Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Butter Softened
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs Large
- 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
- 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 TSP Baking Powder
- 1/2 TSP Salt
- 1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 3/4 Cup Milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 12 cup muffin tin or prepare with 12 paper liners.
- In a bowl, cream together the sugar and butter with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs, one at time, and then mix in the vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Slowly alternate adding the flour mixture and milk into the butter mixture, mixing in between addition.
- Fold in the chocolate chips with spatula.
- Spoon the batter equally into the 12 muffin cups and bake at 375 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
