Burger and Onion Pouches

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 2 White Onions Sliced
  • 1 TSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 TSP Onion Powder
  • 1 TSP Paprika
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 1/2 TSP Black Pepper

Instructions

  • First, cut some foil sheets and shape them into little bowls, large enough for the top to close.
  • In a bowl, mix together the ground beef and spices until well incorporated.
  • Lay some onion slices into each of the foil pouches.
  • Next, pat out the beef mixture into hamburger patties. Place on top of onion slices.
  • Close the top of the pouches, leaving just a small opening to vent.
  • Place on a 350 degree F preheated grill and cook for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
