Burger and Onion Pouches
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 2 White Onions Sliced
- 1 TSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TSP Onion Powder
- 1 TSP Paprika
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1/2 TSP Black Pepper
Instructions
- First, cut some foil sheets and shape them into little bowls, large enough for the top to close.
- In a bowl, mix together the ground beef and spices until well incorporated.
- Lay some onion slices into each of the foil pouches.
- Next, pat out the beef mixture into hamburger patties. Place on top of onion slices.
- Close the top of the pouches, leaving just a small opening to vent.
- Place on a 350 degree F preheated grill and cook for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
