First, cut some foil sheets and shape them into little bowls, large enough for the top to close.
In a bowl, mix together the ground beef and spices until well incorporated.
Lay some onion slices into each of the foil pouches.
Next, pat out the beef mixture into hamburger patties. Place on top of onion slices.
Close the top of the pouches, leaving just a small opening to vent.
Place on a 350 degree F preheated grill and cook for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
