Cinnamon Pecan Pancakes (Gluten-Free)
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Gluten Free Flour Blend Add 1 TSP Xanthan Gum if the blend does not contain it already.
- 1 TBSP Baking Powder
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 TSP Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 Cups Milk
- 2 Eggs Large
- 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 4 TBSP Melted Butter
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar and whisk together.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and syrup.
- Combine the milk mixture with the flour mixture. Once well mixed, add the melted butter and pecans. Mix again, just until combined.
- Cook pancakes in a greased skillet over medium heat, flipping halfway through cooking. Each side should take about 3 to 5 minutes and be golden brown.
- Serve with some maple syrup and enjoy!
