In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar and whisk together.
In a separate bowl, beat together the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and syrup.
Combine the milk mixture with the flour mixture. Once well mixed, add the melted butter and pecans. Mix again, just until combined.
Cook pancakes in a greased skillet over medium heat, flipping halfway through cooking. Each side should take about 3 to 5 minutes and be golden brown.
Serve with some maple syrup and enjoy!
