Easy Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Butter Softened
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Eggs Large
  • 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Salt
  • 1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 3/4 Cup Milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 12 cup muffin tin or prepare with 12 paper liners.
  • In a bowl, cream together the sugar and butter with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the eggs, one at time, and then mix in the vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Slowly alternate adding the flour mixture and milk into the butter mixture, mixing in between addition.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips with spatula.
  • Spoon the batter equally into the 12 muffin cups and bake at 375 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
