Black Pepper
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until well combined.
Add extra milk if you desire a thiner consistency.
Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!

**Mayonnaise can be substituted for vegan mayo.
