Cook noodles according to package directions.
While noodles are cooking, brown ground beef in a skillet, along with the diced onion and garlic.
In a bowl, combine broth, bouillon, worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, milk, salt and pepper.
Once the ground beef is thoroughly cooked, drain the grease and set the meat mixture aside in a separate bowl.
While skillet is still on heat, melt butter substitute.
Add the arrowroot powder and whisk.
Now, slowly add the liquid mixture and whisk continuously. The mixture will thicken as it cooks. Only cook until it is the consistency you desire.
Once the sauce is done, you can mix in the ground beef, or serve it separately with noodles. Enjoy
