Super Easy Oat Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/3 Cup Ground Flax Seed
  • 1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips Mini White Chocolate Chips used in photo.
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl, until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture out into balls of desired size. Place on parchment paper covered baking sheet and refrigerate. Enjoy!
