In a bowl, mix together 1 cup of peanut butter with the maple syrup and almond flour, until well mixed.
Transfer the mixture to an 8x8 pan and press evenly into the bottom.
In the microwave, or stove top, melt the chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of peanut butter together. If using a microwave, stir every 30 seconds until smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter flour mixture and freeze for about an hour before serving. Store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
