Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium/high heat.
While ground beef is cooking, use a saucepan to melt butter over medium heat.
When butter is melted, add the flour and whisk together.
Slowly add the milk to the flour and butter mixture while whisking. Add 1/2 TSP salt and 1/4 TSP pepper.
Cook the sauce mixture until thickened, but still easily pourable.
When ground beef is done cooking, mix in paprika, 1/2 TSP salt, 1/2 TSP black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar to the beef.
Spoon beef mixture onto a greased pan and spread evenly. (I used a sheet pan.)
Spread the can of drained green beans over the meat and then spread the Ore-Ida Crispy Crowns over top.
Try to evenly pour the sauce mixture over top of the crispy crowns, green beans, and beef.
Sprinkle cheese over top and bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
