Garlic Chicken Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil Or Oil of Choice
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 1/4 TSP Black Pepper
  • 1 TSP Dried Basil
  • 1 TSP Dried Oregano
  • 1 TBSP Minced Garlic

Instructions

  • Mix together all ingredients and add to a gallon sized ziploc bag.
  • Add 4 chicken breasts to the bag and close. Massage the bag just a bit to spread the marinade all over the chicken. You can also use a pan or bowl to marinade the chicken.
  • Refrigerate at least 3 hours, or overnight. We like to serve this grilled. Enjoy!
