Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a stand mixer, or with a handheld electric mixer, cream together butter and sugar, on medium speed, for about 2 minutes.
Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, until well blended.
Now add he lime zest, lime juice, and lemon juice. Beat just until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
With the mixer on low, gradually add the flour mixture.
Once fully combined, use a cookie scoop to scoop out dough. You can also measure out 1 tablespoonfuls of dough. Roll into balls.
Roll each dough ball in the confectioners' sugar until completely coated and place on a baking sheet, 2 inches apart.
Bake, one pan at a time, for 18 to 20 minutes. Cookies will look puffy and crackled.
Allow to rest on baking sheet for 5 minutes and then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
