Gluten-Free Sheet Pan Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Cup Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour
- 1 TBSP Granulated Sugar
- 3 TSP Baking Powder
- 1/2 TSP Salt
- 1 1/2 Cups Milk or Almond Milk
- 1 Egg
- 3 TBSP Oil or Melted Butter
- 1 Cup Strawberries, or any other add-in you like Optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and grease a sheet pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together milk, egg, and oil.
- Now combine the 2 bowls and whisk until smooth.
- Fold in any additional ingredients. We like to use strawberries, blueberries, or chocolate chips.
- Pour onto your sheet pan and try to smooth out batter into an even layer.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy!
