Leftover Hambone Soup
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Pinto Beans Rinsed and Soaked Overnight
- 1 Cup Red Kidney Beans Rinsed and Soaked Overnight
- 1 Cup Great Northern Beans Rinsed and Soaked Overnight
- 2 Small Onions Diced
- 3 Cups Chopped Ham
- 1 Hambone
- 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 2 TSP Salt
- Black Pepper To Taste
- 4 Cups Chicken Broth
- 8 Cups Water
- 2 Bay Leaves
Instructions
- Drain soaked beans and rinse. Add all ingredients, except salt, to a large slow cooker and stir. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Stir in salt and remove bay leaves before serving. Enjoy!
