Drop Biscuits
Ingredients
- 3 Cups Self-Rising Flour
- 3 TBSP Sugar
- 1 1/2 Sticks Butter Cold
- 1 1/2 Cup Milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and grease a baking sheet.
- Mix together sugar and flour.
- Cut butter into flour with a pastry blender or fork until crumbly.
- Stir in the milk until combined.
- Drop dough, in heaping spoonfuls, onto greased baking sheet.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.
