Drop Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Self-Rising Flour
  • 3 TBSP Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Sticks Butter Cold
  • 1 1/2 Cup Milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and grease a baking sheet.
  • Mix together sugar and flour.
  • Cut butter into flour with a pastry blender or fork until crumbly.
  • Stir in the milk until combined.
  • Drop dough, in heaping spoonfuls, onto greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.
