Smoked Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 TBSP Garlic Powder
- 2 TBSP Onion Powder
- 2 TBSP Dried Parsley
- 2 TSP Dried Rosemary
- 1 TSP Dried Thyme
- 1/2 TSP Salt
- 1/2 TSP Black Pepper
- 3 TBSP Olive Oil
- 10 Medium Russet Potatoes
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- After washing potatoes, pierce each side of each potato with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- Brush each potato with olive oil and sprinkle the spice mixture on each side of the potatoes and rub the spices into the oil, coating all the skin.
- Place potatoes into a preheated smoker at 230 degrees F.
- Cook for 2 hours.
- Turn heat up to 375 degrees F for 30 to 45 minutes. Potatoes should have an internal temp of 205 degrees F to 210 degrees F. Enjoy!
