Gluten-Free Sheet Pan Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 Cup Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour
  • 1 TBSP Granulated Sugar
  • 3 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Salt
  • 1 1/2 Cups Milk or Almond Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 TBSP Oil or Melted Butter
  • 1 Cup Strawberries, or any other add-in you like Optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and grease a sheet pan with cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together milk, egg, and oil.
  • Now combine the 2 bowls and whisk until smooth.
  • Fold in any additional ingredients. We like to use strawberries, blueberries, or chocolate chips.
  • Pour onto your sheet pan and try to smooth out batter into an even layer.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy!
