Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 5 Russet Potatoes Washed/Diced
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1 TSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TSP Onion Powder
- 1 TSP Parsley
- 1/2 TSP Salt
- Pepper To Taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and spray a medium to large size baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss until well coated with the spices and oil. You can use your hands, but I usually use 2 wooden spoons and toss like a salad.
- Spread potatoes evenly on baking sheet and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until fork tender. Enjoy!
