Leftover Hambone Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Pinto Beans Rinsed and Soaked Overnight
  • 1 Cup Red Kidney Beans Rinsed and Soaked Overnight
  • 1 Cup Great Northern Beans Rinsed and Soaked Overnight
  • 2 Small Onions Diced
  • 3 Cups Chopped Ham
  • 1 Hambone
  • 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 TSP Salt
  • Black Pepper To Taste
  • 4 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 8 Cups Water
  • 2 Bay Leaves

Instructions

  • Drain soaked beans and rinse. Add all ingredients, except salt, to a large slow cooker and stir. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Stir in salt and remove bay leaves before serving. Enjoy!
