Ground Beef Bulgogi
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 Onion Diced Small
- 3 TSP Minced Garlic
- 1 TBSP Sesame Oil
- 1/3 Cup Honey
- 5 TBSP Soy Sauce Or Liquid Aminos
- 1/2 TSP Salt
- 1/4 TSP Black Pepper
- 1 TBSP Sesame Seeds For Garnish
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onion For Garnish
Instructions
- In a frying pan, brown ground beef, with the diced onion, until beef is thoroughly cooked.
- Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Now add the remaining ingredients, except sesame seeds and green onions.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Turn off heat and sprinkle the sesame seeds and green onions on top. Serve with fried rice, or another side, and enjoy!
Notes
This recipe is also great with ginger and red pepper flakes.
