Gluten-Free Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 1/4 Cup Gluten-Free Breadcrumbs or Oats
- 1 TBSP Onion Powder
- 1 TBSP Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Cup Basil
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1/2 TSP Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat the eggs and milk together in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, including the egg mixture. It is best to mix with your hands to make sure everything is well incorporated.
- Once everything is well mixed, form the meat mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Enjoy!
