Gluten-Free Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 1/4 Cup Gluten-Free Breadcrumbs or Oats
  • 1 TBSP Onion Powder
  • 1 TBSP Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Basil
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 1/2 TSP Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Beat the eggs and milk together in a small bowl.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, including the egg mixture. It is best to mix with your hands to make sure everything is well incorporated.
  • Once everything is well mixed, form the meat mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Enjoy!
