Easy Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 1 TSP Baking Soda
  • 1 TSP Cinnamon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Can Pure Pumpkin Puree
  • 3/4 Cup Melted Butter
  • 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8x4 loaf pan.
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  • In a separate bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and butter until evenly mixed.
  • Combine the flour mixture with the pumpkin mixture and mix just until the dry ingredients are well moistened.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and pour into the loaf pan.
  • Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Enjoy!
