Easy Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1 TSP Baking Soda
- 1 TSP Cinnamon
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Can Pure Pumpkin Puree
- 3/4 Cup Melted Butter
- 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8x4 loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and butter until evenly mixed.
- Combine the flour mixture with the pumpkin mixture and mix just until the dry ingredients are well moistened.
- Fold in chocolate chips and pour into the loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Enjoy!
