Cranberry Salsa
Ingredients
- 12 oz. Fresh Cranberries
- 1 Jalapeno Seeded
- 1 Bunch of Green Onions Chopped, About 1/4 cup
- 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 TSP Salt
- Juice of 2 Limes
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse cranberries, jalapeno, and green onion. Be sure to pulse only until chopped, because cranberries can become more liquid the longer you chop them. You can also chop by hand, just be sure to chop everything small enough to mix and be able to dip with a cracker.
- Mix in the sugar, salt, and lime juice with a spoon.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours, or overnight. Serve over cream cheese, or by itself, with your favorite crackers. Enjoy!
