Super Simple Salmon Patties
Ingredients
- 2 Cans of Salmon 15oz each
- 2 Eggs
- 1 TSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TSP Onion Powder
- 1/2 TSP Salt
- 1/4 TSP Black Pepper
- 3 TBSP Sweet Pickle Juice Optional
- 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour (Only 3 TBSP if omitting pickle juice.) or Arrowroot Powder
- 2 TBSP Oil For Frying
Instructions
- Drain salmon, removing bones if desired, and combine all ingredients in a bowl, except for olive oil. Mix until well combined.
- Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
- Pat out salmon into burger shaped patties to the size you would like them.
- Fry patties in pan for about 5 minutes on each side. Enjoy!
