Super Simple Salmon Patties

Ingredients

  • 2 Cans of Salmon 15oz each
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 TSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 TSP Onion Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Salt
  • 1/4 TSP Black Pepper
  • 3 TBSP Sweet Pickle Juice Optional
  • 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour (Only 3 TBSP if omitting pickle juice.) or Arrowroot Powder
  • 2 TBSP Oil For Frying

Instructions

  • Drain salmon, removing bones if desired, and combine all ingredients in a bowl, except for olive oil. Mix until well combined.
  • Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
  • Pat out salmon into burger shaped patties to the size you would like them.
  • Fry patties in pan for about 5 minutes on each side. Enjoy!
